The Retro towel warmer can operate independently when fitted with a MEK electric heating element, providing warmth and towel drying even when central heating is off or unavailable.

Warranty
The Retro designer radiator has a 12-year warranty.
We undertake:
1. To ensure that the product operates correctly throughout the warranty period when used in accordance with the supplied instructions.
2. To provide service and the necessary spare parts during the warranty period.
3. During the warranty period, to remedy faults and defects at our expense within 5 days and reimburse transport by the least expensive means. For complex faults that cannot be repaired within 30 days, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price at the customer's request.
4. The warranty starts on the purchase date, as evidenced by the completed warranty certificate bearing the seller's stamp, date and signature, and the receipt.
The warranty does not apply:
1. If the product has been repaired by an unauthorised person;
2. If the radiator has been installed incorrectly;
3. To damage caused by improper use or mechanical impact;
4. To damage caused by disturbances in the electricity supply.
